ABS 3-Year Limited Warranty
All ABS products are covered with a 3-Year Limited Warranty unless otherwise specified on special items.  This coverage starts from the day the products are shipped from our warehouse.  Any modification of the hardware configuration without prior approval from ABS will invalidate this warranty.  The CPU, Hard Disk Drive and Monitor will be covered under ABS Warrnaty for one year.
 
 
 
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your system within thirty (30) days.  You will receive a full refund of the hardware price.  The shipping charge will not be credited.  All items must be returned in perfect condition and with original packages in order to qualify the refund, otherwise a 15% restocking fee may apply.  After thirty (30) days, all sales are final.  See “Return Merchandise Authorization” section below for more details.

7-Day Dead-On-Arrival Policy
Any product found to be Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) within seven (7) working days of delivery will be eligible for an exchange with a new product or credit.  For an exchange or a full credit, ABS Technical Support Department must be advised of the DOA condition within 5 days of the conditions discovery.  ABS Technical Support Dept. will provide guidance on returning the defecting unit.  See “Return Merchandise Authorization” section below for more details.
 
 
 
Return Merchandise Authorization
Please obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for any product that needs to be returned to ABS.  All RMA Numbers are only valid for 10 working days from the date of issue.  Any product returned without a valid RMA Number on the outside of the package will be rejected.  It is necessary that you return the products promptly.  Any returned merchandise that is not defective will be returned COD for the freight amount.
 
 
 
RMA Shipping Instructions
  • Use the original manufacturer’s packaging materials.
  • All returns must be completed with all manuals, cables, warranty cards and static bags, just as you received them.  If any product is not returned in its entirety, a fee will be charged for the missing items.
  • All returns must have a RMA number clearly referenced on shipping labels
  • A copy of the invoice must be included.
  • Customers are responsible for freight when returning the products.
  • RMA Number - To obtain a RMA number,  please call our Technical Support Dept. at with the following information ready:  1) The Invoice Number of the purchase.  2) The date of the Invoice.                 3) Problem description.
