to thank you very much, for the quick response to my video card problems. It
was wonderful how quickly you sent me a new card. I installed it the day I
received it and it works great. Both my wife and I have been telling many
computer users, of how much we like our computer from ABS. It is by far the
best pc we have ever had, and it looks great too. The customer service that
you provided is the best I have seen.

time to thank you for a great computer package. Great software. Plays my
games so well! I'm going to make sure all the folks on all my flight sim
message boards know about ABS.

Because of problems
with previous desktop computers (HP and Dell), I decided to go with a system
that would be more custom-made and upgradeable. After a lot of research, I
decided to go with ABS. My work involves a lot of data analysis and image
analysis - I have to be able to run memory intensive programs such as Adobe
Photoshop and Illustrator (these are only two among many) simultaneously with
other programs. My FIRST (it won't be the last) ABS system is an ABS Awesome
3600. It was received about a week and a half ago. Everything from my initial
experience with customer service to putting the system together has been
easy. It runs smoothly and is the power horse that I want it to be. Of
course, I upgraded the tower to the Kingwin and the RAM to 1 gigabyte, the
graphics card (Saphire ATI Radeon 9700 Pro) and the sound card (Creative Labs
Audigy 2). The ViewSonic monitor that comes with the system is fine and the
Klipsch THX certified speakers are incredible. Those speakers make listening
to music while I work an absolute must. Of course, time will tell how this
system stands up. Right now, I think it is going to be a beautiful
relationship.

What sets ABSPC apart
from other computer companies I researched? Not only was the price
compatible, but better than most but also the fact that I knew exactly what
components were being installed in my computer. I usually take the time to
research anything which I have to pay good money for and I spoke to ABSPC
sales and tech support before I even bought the computer to make sure I would
get the correct configuration I needed. Not only did they listen to what I
had to say but also made some great recommendations. You can buy a computer
from anyone. But few companies provide "fast" technical support and this is
one of the reasons for selecting ABSPC. Thanks people...I am "more" than
satisfied with my new computer. Also, here is an interesting analogy when
purchasing from ABSPC. Think of purchasing a new car and when you order from
ABSPC it is like having the car manufacturer build it from scratch to your
"exact" specifications. Now think of buying a computer off the shelf. It's
like going to a car dealership and purchasing a car already sitting in the
lot which comes close but not exactly to what you want and you end up
spending more money for less.

I recently purchased a
PC from ABS (my first from this company) and I can't say enough about how
happy I am with it. I own a graphics/web design/hosting company and have
purchased many systems in the past years, both for my company and for many of
our clients. In the past, we have built our own design and development
systems... but ABS allowed me to configure the system we needed, right
through their web site, at a price comparable to what it would cost us to
build it ourselves. The system arrived on-time, properly configured and error
free.. and has quickly become the system we fight over in the office. I have
had no reason to contact support at ABS, so I can't comment on their support
service quality. I am my own tech. support, so I wouldn't have reason to
contact ABS support anyway, but there have been no issues of any kind with
our new system so the question is irrelevant. I will most certainly be
purchasing our next system through ABS!

I bought this pc for a
special niece. I did not want to buy the over popular black or dark models
now on the market. This one was the best yet. I would have preferred that it
be more white as the picture shows. I checked the PC inside and out and
learned that I had gotten a PC that will last further into the future than
other. This PC is exceptional. Price cannot be beat.

I just wanted to email
you guys and comment on the excellent service. I decided to try you guys out
from a recommendation at firingsquad.com. I pretty much got an entire
computer in parts. I'm writing you this email on my new blazing fast
computer. Your service was quick and your prices were awesome. However, what
I was most impressed with was your packing job in the FedEx box. All pieces
were wrapped nicely around bubble wrap and nothing was lose. Keep up the good
work; you definitely have a return customer.
