I have had my new ABS system for about 6 weeks now, and want to take the time to tell you of my pleasure with it. It arrived nicely packed in an undented carton, with all components and software as ordered. She went together easily, with snug fittings, and worked right out of the box. To my surprise, she had the latest version of Windows XP; Service Pack in effect and operating smoothly with what appears to be a well-balanced set of chips and boards. She has adapted well to some old gadgets (a MIDI keyboard and Graphire Tablet) and to some new ones (a Headphone-mike and Meade Binoculars-Camera). Although I have not yet installed all desired software (SimCity 4, StudyWorks Science 2003, Serif 3DPlus 3, etc) she renders superb DVD play, smooth Flight Simulator graphics, and great 3D games and sound. In short, she's a real delight and should remain that way - since she's well geared for the next set of software. Thank you, and my best wishes to you for the Holidays.

Thank you for sending the AHEAD Nero software and audio CDRW cable that were missing from my computer/package. I understand how these things happen, and once again appreciate the excellent customer service and tech support you provide. I’m a beyond surprised with the quality I get with the ABS PC I ordered from you. It is just wonderful. Everything came in brand new and raped in the finest quality. The Acrylic Window is polished and I cannot distinguish it between real glass. The cabling is done in the best way and allows air flow perfectly. The fans aren’t extremely loud for a powerful PC and everything is properly connected. There was no set up, no downloading drivers, youthe box, plug in and you go! Great computer PERIOD. Beats Alienware and Voodoo PC by far. You get the same components for LESS MONEY!!! If you are planning to buy a PC, you should buy one from ABS. 100% ABS, 112% Amazing.

Dear Sir or Madam

Being a three-time Dell owner I thought that it would be a waste of time to look elsewhere for my next computer purchase.  When I went to the Dell site I noticed that their, once, high-quality and top-of-the-line component was replaced by vague descriptions and low-end gear; furthermore, they wanted top dollar for inferior equipment.  Needless to say, I was not going to be the next "dude" getting a Dell.  I checked other sites including Alienware, Falcon Northwest, and Voodoo but I didn't want to take out a second mortgage for my next PC.  Then I saw an ad for ABS in one of my PC magazines.  I checked out your site and was amazed at how comprehensive it was.  Not only did you have the newest equipment and same gear as Alienware, Falcon Northwest and Voodoo but at prices that blew them away.  I did several apples to apples comparisons with a Diablo X8 and the aforementioned companies and Alienware's Area-51 was the closest price....only it was $925.00 more.  When I finally ordered my Diablo the entire process was smooth.  The communication was great during the building and shipping process and the payment options were acceptable.  The day my Diablo arrived I was, once again, blown away by the quality of the packaging.  I really thought the icing on the cake was the three-ring binder with all of my drivers and manuals neatly laid out....getting the original retail boxes for my components was also a nice, and unexpected, touch.  Id the case and found the build quality to be excellent and up to par with the more expensive makers.  The computer fired right up without a glitch and your set-up guide was as good as, or better, than my previous Dell's.  I really appreciated that there was no advertising or extra programs (AOL, CompuServe, Netscape, etc..,.) on my computer like you find with other makers.  Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and already have three more friends ready to buy in the next months due to my recommendation.  Thanks again.

I purchased my PC in February 1998.  To this day, I have experienced no problems with my system.  Three members of our family did not purchase ABS Computers and have replaced PC's due to system failures.  All the while, mine "kept on truckin".  I am an MCSE and administer 2 servers serving 3000+ PC's at work.  Almost daily, I have people ask what is the best computer to buy.  I tell them to get a computer magazine and look for ABS Computers - you can't go wrong.  I am planning on a total upgrade soon and, YES I will be contacting ABS Computers for a new system.

Thank you for all your help in purchasing our new computers. Everything arrived sooner than promised and in great shape. All five computers are up and running on our network. I want to give you just one example of the difference you are making to us. The person who does the billing needed to allow at least a full day if not longer to do the monthly billing. Now she is able to start in the late afternoon. Procedures that took three hours on the old computers are finishing in fifteen minutes!

We bought our ABS DVD computer in November of 1998.  It was rated as best choice in Computer Shopper magazine.  We have been deliriously happy with it since wed up the boxes almost 4 years ago. The extremely few problems we have had with have been dealt with in short order, sometimes just requiring a walk through procedure over the phone.

I purchased my new Athlon Jaguar through ABS and it is absolutely wonderful. I checked out several buyer's guides and web sites and I believe I got the most computer for the least amount of money. The sound system is just awesome. I picked mine up from the factory and saved $60. No hassle with anything. Everything worked beautifully and it was ready to pick up when they said it would be. I can't comment on any customer support issues because I've had no problems. Great job!

My sales person was great even through I didn't up grade anything on the computer I'm in the service industry and I never send in any type of info on how I feel about a product or company. I've done business with ABS for a few years now. I've stuck with them because of the quality of their products, lack of problems, excellent customer service and quick technical support. If you're going to mail order a computer, skip the over priced products at Dell and Gateway where you feel like just a number. Get a quality machine and be treated like you are the most important customer at ABS.

This is my first experience with ABS. It won't be my last. I received my new ABS AMD1900+ about two weeks ago. It arrived on time. ABS systems seem to be priced lower than most competitors, so I was expecting some skimping and cost cutting on the extras. This couldn't be further from the truth! Uponng the box, I was really impressed with the 3" hardcover binder which contains all of the system and peripheral documentation. Each peripheral has its own zip lock insert. Very nice! For novices, there is an excellent fold-out quick setup guide with pictures. As I was unfamiliar with ABS, I was expecting a generic computer case and a generic mouse. I was pleasantly surprised. The mid-sized case has a very nice ABS logo molded right into the case. The ABS scroll mouse also has the ABS logo molded into it. It's not a big issue, but it goes to show you their professionalism. No skimping here! The rear of the case does not have a thumb screw for the removal of the side panel. You have to pull out your trusty phillips screw driver and remove two screws. No problem. After removal, the side panel comes off effortlessly! Wow, look at the inside! All of the extra power connector cables are neatly wire-tied and out of the way. There are tons of extra power connectors too! You don't usually see this. The extra ribbon cables are neatly arranged and secure also. The front panel of the case removes easily with three finger press tabs. This case, and the effort put into the arrangement of the cables is first rate. Since everyone knows that AMD processors run hot, ABS has supplied four fans in this puppy! One which is part of the power supply module (rear), two on the case (one nicely hidden but very effective in the front, and one in the rear), and one on the processor itself. The rear connectors for attaching your monitor, printer etc. all have removable plastic caps on them! The integrated joystick port has a plastic cap on it saying do not use. That's because the sound card has the connector of choice which will be utilizing the joystick. Impressive! First impressions mean a lot and ABS scores big. After power up, ABS continues to score. All of the components and peripherals are top notch. My benchmark scores beat an equivalently configured Pentium 4, 2 GHz! This motherboard is the first to have the new USB2.0 standard for the AMD1900+ processor. Oh, did I mention there are six USB ports! For price, performance, and the quality of the components and workmanship, you can't go wrong with ABS! On a benchmark score of 0-10, ABS tilts the scale! ABS competitors better watch their six!

I've been a customer of yours for approx. 1 year now. I just had to write and tell you how happy I am with your service. We've recently sent in our CPU and got prompt response with that, and also trouble with our mouse and immediately one was sent out. In this day and age, it's so hard to find a reputable company that is considerate of their customers, but you guys are the BEST!!! I'm also very impressed with the Fed. Ex delivery service you use.
