RelyCart is a designed to upgrade ShopPlus Cart, a product written and offered by HostPro (AKA VServers.com, Netservers.net, Interland). HostPro has provided ShopPlus Cart to its customers as a shopping cart solution that allowed for configurable products, pricing, options, volume discounts, shipping, sales tax, and secure purchasing. It's been available since the mid '90s and has been used extensively on ecommerce sites throughout the web. It's been marketed by HostPro and dozens of HostPro resellers including KSOFTTECH.

HostPro has since merged with Interland and no longer supports the ShopPlus Cart product. Interland currently still provides the ShopPlus software to legacy merchant customers and Reseller ISPs, but no longer provides support.

RelyCart is based on the ShopPlus Cart specification and will work with existing ShopPlus Cart implementations. RelyCart has been engineered from the ground up with major enhancements that are more robust than ShopPlus Cart. Enhancements include a database for managing information, capabilities to tailor pricing and discounts for select customers, and ability to track referrals and generate commissions for marketing partners. Plus, RelyCart customers can purchase a standalone license to run the software on their independently-hosted website in addition to being hosted on a RelyCart ISP provided server.

KSOFTTECH is in a strong position to market RelyCart as a ShopPlus Cart-compatible replacement solution. We have earned a prominent position among the largest and most frequented search engines; a search for "ShopPlus Cart" yields KSOFTTECH at the very top of hundreds of listings. Existing ShopPlus Cart customers turn to us regularly as a resource for replacement software. There are many ISP and reseller companies of ShopPlus Cart that can use RelyCart as replacement technology for their existing customers.
