ABS 3 Year National Limited Warranty
ABS desktop computer products are covered with a Three-Year Parts and lifetime Labor warranty unless otherwise specified on special items. Notebook computers include a 1-year parts and lifetime labor warranty. This coverage is effective the day the item is shipped from our warehouse. Any modification (excluding upgrading/downgrading components) of the hardware configuration without the written approval from ABS will invalidate this warranty.  2nd and 3rd Year warranties for Monitors, Hard Drives, CD-ROM, CD-RW will be provided by their respective manufactures. All CPUs come with a One Year Warranty only. APO/FPO, Canada and international warranties may vary, please call your sales representative for additional details.

On Site Service
ABS offers a 1-year or 3-year premier On-Site Service with select systems (also available as an upgrade option for systems without bundled on site service). If your system includes the on-site service, simply call our technical support line to have your problem diagnosed. Should on-site service be required, ABS will arrange for any required parts and a qualified technician to repair your system at your home or office. Our technician will schedule an appointment with you within 48hrs, provided the required parts are in stock for immediate delivery.  

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may return your system within thirty (30) days.  You will receive a full refund of the hardware price. All items must be returned in their original condition to qualify, otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Software must be in its original packaging and und for full refund. After thirty (30) days, all sales are final. Original Shipping and Return Shipping fees are non-refundable. CAUTION !! $10.00 will be charged if driver disk(s) are not returned and $20.00 will be charged if the cable(s) are not returned.
